I just want summer to hurry up and come along. It seems that the weather lately has just been rain, rain, rain. It’s so frustrating when you want to plan a picnic or outing with some good friends and family. I just want summer to come fast. With all the sunshine, pools, and cocktail parties. *oh what fun!*
I guess, we all just got to hang tight even though spring can be a beautiful time as well. It’s just summer is a little better. Plus, we have our trip to Cuba in July too! So I want that to come along. I remember last year going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, it seemed that the day never came. Then it just so happened that it came too quick. That was fun though.
If you haven’t noticed, I’ve put up a lot of different things like tutorials, articles, and my poetry which I’m adding almost daily. I’m going to write about a poem a day. When you think about it, that’s 365 POEMS!! Eek, more than enough to publish a book. Hopefully I can do that one day.

Alot of things are currently going on through my life. Most of it dealing with my immediate family vs my extended family. It’s to the point where it’s so ridiculous and everyone wants that certain extended family shot dead. I don’t want to go in detail about what the conflict is but let’s just say my favourite cousin is currently staying with our family until this mess gets sorted out with her family (who we love and see almost daily).
This certain extended family seems to want to cause the most turmoil in our lives and alot to my cousin. They are already going around the fuckin community spreading rumours and some truths that were to remain private. It’s to the point where my cousin is most likely going to change high schools to get away from the rumours that are widespread in her school.
It’s sad to see all of this happening. It’s something you say, “It’ll never happened to our family. Our kids know better than that.” But sadly it has happened to our family and alot of relationships have gone sour or were broken because of this. I guess we all must just stay true to ourselves and have hope that all of this will be resolved when the time is right.
