Time sure does fly. No seriously, it really does.
I can’t believe my older sister’s wedding is coming up in one week. Yes… ONE WEEK!!!She’s getting married on Saturday August 16th, 2008.
OMG!! I’m the maid of honour and have to make a speech too. LOL! FYI, I hate public speaking so I can already see how this is going!!
I was worried I wasn’t going to get everything ready in time too. But shoes check, appointments for hair, makeup, & manicures/pedicures check, and now all I’m waiting for is Monday so I can pick up my dress from the tailor since it had to be hemmed.
But wow…it’s been a pretty stressful time. Last minute things and getting things organized, and not to mention coming up with the $$ to pay for it all. Ya…that one..well, lets just say I have a habit of blowing my money ALL THE TIME!!
And of course I have to feed my addiction to World of Warcraft. Too much fun!! And to my guildy friends, thanks for visiting my site! See ya in Azeroth!!
Yes…I know…I haven’t updated in a awhile. In fact, I haven’t updated any of my websites in awhile. Why? One of the main reasons is that I’ve been using all of my free time to play World of Warcraft. Yes…I am now addicted to it because of a post I saw on Jenn’s site about it.
I’ve got a few different characters now and my highest is a level 23 human warlock. The other one I’ve been playing with is a elf hunter which is level 17 now which I got in a few days. LOL! If you play WOW and want to play together, you can find me in the Silvermoon realm. My warlock is named Rubylynn and my hunter is named Moonsicle.
For those of you who don’t know what this game is or never played, you can download a free 10-day trial. That’s how I started off and then I upgraded to the full version and am paying the monthly subscription.
Well, I have to get ready for work and then I’ll be playing WOW later tonight. Ciao!!
Yup it’s Friday. Usually it’s something to be happy about, but for me…not really. I have to work today and then again tomorrow. Booooooo. Thank goodness today is just a short shift because I really just want to lounge around.
Don’t get me wrong…I lounged around for the past three days and just did online stuff, watched movies, and watched Family Guy on dvd…but still. Being at home without a care in the world, is something I love. Call me a hermit if you will, it’s just too cozy to be bothered to go out and about.
Plus, the weather…omg the WEATHER!! Can you say boiling hot outside. Why on earth would I go out in a 30+ degree plus humidity day, when I can stay in the freshness of having air conditioning at home?? There’s really no decision between the two for me. I’d pick stay at home rather than going out, getting all sweaty, and ready to strip naked and jump in a pool.
Ya right…I’ll stay where it’s nice and fresh and only leave when I have to. 
It surprises me of how creative some people can be when making their own storylines and movies with The Sims 2 game. I personally haven’t created anything of this sorts. Just check out these videos below to see what I mean.

Finally…
Whew…it feels like forever since I blogged here and I’ll tell you just want happened.
First of all, about a week and a half ago, I was unable to see my website. I thought it was just down once again because this site was still on the crappy host I had before (Pixelled-Solutions.com), and I never transferred it to my new host. So I thought it was the same old routine of it being down and would come up in a few days. Nope not the case.
In fact, EVERYONE ELSE could see my website except me. I could load any other website in my browser except for my own. I even tried on my sister’s computer and it was the same results. I couldn’t see it. I went to work and tried on the computers there. It worked. I tried on my Blackberry. It worked. Friends and family tried on their own computers on their own internet connections. It worked. The only explanation I could come up with was that I was somehow blocked from my own web hosting company. I mean, how can I be the only one who can’t see it on my home connection.
Anyways, needless to say, I sent in an email to an email address I saved of the “so called owner”. Of course I never received a reply back because this guy is a jackass. Then a week later, I try out my website and it magically appears again. At the same time I get an email from the company talking about server moving and changes. Sureeeeeeeeeeeee….isn’t that always the excuse? 
I also happened to notice that the owner name changed. Maybe the jackass guy sold it to someone else since the name was a female name. But whatever. I don’t care about it. As soon as I saw the sites on that server were up and running, I backed up EVERYTHING!! Then I transferred them all to the new host I’m on. So in case you were wondering how my site being kind of wonky for the past day, that’s the reason.
I’m just glad this site is finally off of that one host. What a pain in the ass they are to deal with. I would NEVER recommend them anyone to ANYMORE!! 
Something weird is going on. I can’t load this blog or even the domain for that fact from home. I can load it at work. WTF is going on?? I thought my sites were down or something, but it seems something weird is just going on. I’m at work right now and thought I’d check in. I guess I’ll have to see if it’s working at home now too.
Weird, weird, weird….maybe it was just my browser? I dunno. I’ll have to see once I get home. I still can’t believe this whole time I thought it was down, yet I was able to view it on my blackberry.
And yes…I GOT A BLACKBERRY!! Will update more if it works from home. cya!!
I’m sick…terribly sick. I even had to cancel two shifts from work (yesterday and today). The problem? I have this cough that is just not going away. I don’t know what to tell ya. I swear I cough over 200 times a day and I’m not even exaggerating. It seems like I cough every minute and sometimes it will last a whole minute in itself.
I think I have bronchitis or something. I’ve have bronchitis before when I was a child along with asthma which definitely wasn’t two things you should have together. But I think I have yet again got bronchitis. I think this is what I had earlier this year too. I didn’t go to the doctor then, but it lasted nearly a month.
My mom has a prescription to some kind of cough medicine that you can only get via prescription from a doctor. This cough medicine supposedly makes your cough go away in a day or two. It worked for my mom and even my aunt who my mom gave some to when she came over with a cough. So, I’m just hoping I can get my hands on some of that and maybe…just maybe my cough will go away? I hope so. I can’t be missing days of work all the time and I just can’t stand coughing 24/7.
Yes 24/7 of coughing…not a lie. Just imagine this…
Laying your head to go to bed at night and you’re coughing every couple of minutes. Then waking up in the middle of the night after you’ve slept for an hour or two and then coughing some more. You go to the bathroom and get a drink still coughing. Back to bed. You wake up a few times during the night because of coughing. Morning time. The alarm goes off and you start coughing. Get up and out of your bed to head to bathroom again still coughing. Heading to your kitchen to get something for breakfast, all the way coughing. Then throughout your entire friggin day coughing every couple of minutes.
- You can’t carry on a conversation with someone because you’re coughing.
- You can’t talk on the phone because you’ll cough.
- Don’t even think about walking around the block with the dog. You’ll be coughing up a storm.
- You’re trying to watch your favourite tv show but can’t hear because of your coughing. Turn the tv volume wayyy up.
- Don’t even think about even eating…you’ll cough and all your food will spit out.
- Same thing goes for drinking. Drink only after you’ve coughed or else you’ll have the consequence of spitting it everywhere or it coming out of your nose if you try to keep your mouth shut.
Try living like that…it’s not good at all!! And even throughout this entire week that I’ve managed to get this cough (since Monday when I noticed), I’ve lost 10lbs. Yes 10lbs! I mean…sure it’s something to celebrate but not like this. I know that’s not healthy at all and I know it’s due to having this cough.
Just the other day I spent the ENTIRE DAY…when I say the ENTIRE DAY…I mean when I wake up in the morning until 11pm at night before I fell back asleep…I spent it in bed watching movies. The only time I got up was to go to the bathroom or go get some more water. Crazy isn’t it? I just had no energy at all to move. I mean, I can be lazy at times believe me, but that day, I just couldn’t do anything.
Have I mentioned other things that’s happened during the this week? I also had a stuffy nose, watery eyes, pounding headache and now even muscles ache. My left arm is ABSOLUTELY killing me. It’s so tight and I can literally press down on muscles. Even a back muscle also on my left side is hurting.
I JUST WANT ALL THIS PAIN TO GO AWAY!!
I am seriously going to lose my mind and I know what you’re thinking, “What don’t you go see a doctor?” The problem with that is I can’t stand my family doctor. He’s an old geezer who never knows what’s wrong with me and just sends me to see specialists. My entire childhood was going from specialist to specialist that is one of the reasons I dispise him now. “Then why don’t you switch doctors?” The problem with that is the fact that no doctors in my area are willing to take on new patients. It’s a lose-lose situation for me. The only thing that comes to mind is for me to go to one of those free clinics. Now that will take hours since it’s ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS packed. We have over 10 in my city and no matter which one I go to, there will be a wait of an hour or more.
So I guess I’m just going to wait a few days. Until Tuesday at least. Hopefully my mom will get that cough medicine she keeps talking about and I’ll try it. If it doesn’t work, then I guess I have no choice but to see a doctor.
