This post is for all the women who are mothers out there. I was reading an article on CNN about how much moms would earn if they got paid to be a stay-at-home mom. It was honestly not surprising. They estimated that if a mom were paid for her work as a mother, she would be earning almost $140,000 a year.

I still wonder why mothers around the world are not paid for their services. They do so much in one day that they SHOULD be paid. I mean, they do all the following jobs in a days work:

• housekeeper
• day-care center teacher
• cook
• computer operator
• laundry machine operator
• janitor
• facilities manager
• van driver
• chief executive officer
• psychologist

I think it’s about time mothers start getting paid for the outstanding jobs they do in keeping their family together and raising their children!
