I am so proud of my younger sister. She is currently in her 8th month of pregnancy. I can’t believe how fast time has flown by. I can just remember when I was keeping it a secret since I was one of the first people to know. It was a shock but I always told her I’d be happy to be an aunt. Heck, it’s my first nephew since she’s having a boy!! I can’t wait!! Here is a photo of her in her 8th month.

You look beautiful Tanya!!! xoxo

Your sister looks beautiful, and I can only hope my older sister will still be held together her 8th month. She’s 16 and is doing pretty good right now, with being 5 months and all. I was just hoping someone out there would understand what I’m going through with this. My family is falling apart. If ANYONE has any advice, I’m all ears.

I think I know what you’re going through, if it’s something like we did. Feeling like all hell as been let loose in your household because one sibling decides to go get knocked out. Parents don’t approve of the guy or of her getting pregnant. Wanting to kick her out, etc.

Let me tell you…our family has done a huge circle. Everyone was angry, it’s expected. But once that little baby is born, all the anger and hostility goes away. Truly a gift from God.

2 years after she gave birth, she got knocked up again with a different guy. All hell broke lose again…baby born, everyone was getting along great again.

It just takes some time to be honest. It may feel like your family is falling apart, but it’s just going to get stronger. TRUST ME. It will be alright. Just let people have their space and adjust to a new baby arriving.

And be there for your sister. 16 is young and she will need all the help and support you can give. Just don’t let it interfere your own priorities.

Good luck & Congrats on Becoming an Auntie. It’s such an amazing title to carry and the love of your niece or nephew will be such a blessing and reward.

Thank you so much. We’re just starting to tell the rest of our family and I’m starting to notice things getting a lot worse for my sister. Her boyfriend has been getting into a lot of trouble with the law, cheating, school, etc. And he honestly used to be my friend, but now he’s just changed. And my sister won’t realize that. Your advice is really going to help me. And I plan to be there for her. She’s my best friend, and I can’t see her suffer like this.
