I’ve been thinking about joining a gym because my sister is a member of one and likes it very much. So my question to you, is do you recommend someone who is trying to lose weight to join a gym?

I know you need exercise as well as eating well to lose any weight, but there are also workout rountines you can do from the comfort of your own home. So please let me know what you think would be most effective. Just leave a comment thanks.

    If you can afford it, I say go for it. I think gyms offer you more workout options, as well as trainers who can help and give you tips. Working out at home is just as good, but you don’t have all the equipment that gyms do. I would love to get a membership to a gym. At least then I would be a little more motivated.

    American’s are so fat and lazy. I should know, I am one of em, lol. Well, I used to be, but now I’m getting better. I am trying my best to lose some weight.
