I’ve noticed that recently my right arm is always tingling whenever I am on the computer. I think that’s part because I am right handed and use the computer mouse. It gets really annoying because I have to shake it off all the time. I try putting my arm straight to allow the blood flow, but it’s still tingling all the time. Has this happened to you before?

It happens to me occasionally, especially when I am reaching up a bit high to reach the mouse or keyboard. If I move my chair up, I can usually stop the problem. If I can’t, I try to move my desk down.
I hope you can do one or the other!
Let me know if you keep having the problem!
When I’m at my desktop I get that after sitting at the ‘puter too long. It’s not quite as bad on my laptop… kind of annoying! Congrats on being a top earner ;-) That’s exciting – hopefully I can nudge my way up there in the near future… *hopefully*
That’s usually when I know that I need to go outside and get some fresh air or something. HAHA.
This is called the beginning of a rather serious issue called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I ended up having to have surgery for this. You need to look into it because it can cause permanent nerve damage.

I am an ergonomics specialist. You can get an ergo evaluation. That will help you adjust your work station so you use your body more effectively. You can get a different mouse and try using the mouse in your left hand as well
That happens to me from time to time. I work all day on the computer in the office and at home at night too. I also shake if off and that feeling goes away but comes back some other time. I think it is the “blogging syndrome”. You’re too young for that, so maybe it’s better for you to check it up with a doctor.
Hello Tina!
I hope it’s not carpal tunnel syndrome!!
