Not that you are necessarily being haunted, what other experiences are you having other than that. You may want to have your electrical boxes in your basement check for high emf readings, this causes paranoid feelings in alot of people and may explain these feelings. Any electrician can come in and do a scan of the area. Some piping will cause this to, especially in older homes that still have the original pipes or pipes made from brass.
