I love sleeping in. That’s exactly what I did today. I figured there wasn’t anything special going on in class (which I have from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.), so I just stayed home. The morning has been really dark and gloomy. I guess it’s because of the rain we had last night. It was pretty intense. I was watching tv and all of a sudden I heard a big crack of lightening right outside the window. It really freaked me out. Even my dog stood up to see what it was.

I guess it’s a sign that autumn has officially arrived. I’m obviously happy that’s it’s finally here because that means one more day closer to my birthday which is in October. I can’t wait!!

I’ve been a little lazy the past couple of days. I have no clue what got into me. I’ve just been lounging around in my room reading and watching tv series on dvds. That’s pretty much all I’ve done the entire day today!! I just have no motivation to get up and out of the house to do something. Maybe it’s because of the weather too. It’s so dark and gloomy outside as if it’s about to rain soon. I hope tomorrow will be better.

Wow…why is it that we constantly get rain? It was just  a storm not too long ago and it was pouring rain! I thought the power was going to go off like last time. Thankfully it didn’t. It has now stopped, which is a good thing. I saw my neighbour outside fixing his garden. I guess he thinks they got watered too much or something. LOL!

Man, we are having the worst weather ever. It was all beautiful, then all of a sudden we had a tornado watch. The sky when dark gray and it started raining. Plus, the wind was insane. Everything in my backyard was seriously flying that my mom and I had to go out there and tie things down. Also, the peach tree we have was to the point where it was almost snapping. I wonder if anything touched down. This is the second or third time we have had tornado watches in the past month. Crazy weather!!

Today has been such a crummie day. The weather was all icky since it was hot and humid but raining. Nice combination, don’t you think? NOT! It would of been nice if there was a little wind but nothing here. Hopefully the weather this week will be promising.

Man…the weather just started up. The sky is seriously almost near black and it’s pouring like crazy outside. Shit…I think a bad storm is coming. I just hope my chairs and swinging bench don’t go flying across the backyard. Crap…there goes thunder. So not cool!! >_<

Edit: ….and of course the damn power goes off.

Wow…the weather is so beautiful today! It’s a high of 28C outside right now. Too bad I feel kind of shitty and not really longing to go outside because it is really nice. Hum…maybe I’ll go a bit later when it’s cooled to a nice 20C.
