December 18, 2007 Looking for a web host?

Anyone who wants to start their own website or blog but make decisions, decisions, decisions. The first is to come up with a domain name that you like and is still available. The second decision and probably one of the most important ones, is to figure out which web hosting company you want to go with.

This decision doesn’t have to be a hard one at all!! All you have to do is head on over to http://www.webhostingchoice.com. You’ll find information on packages from different web hosting companies all in one place.

All you do is use their search option and fill in the information you want (ie: how much are you willing to spend, how much space do you need, and can’t forget about how much bandwidth too!!) Once you do all that, you’ll get the results right on your screen. It’s that simple!!

Everything is in a chart form for easy browsing and you can see the differences in each column from company to company. The choice is yours…make it happen!!

Have people in your family asked for mp3 players as gifts for Christmas this year? Unsure which one to get? Don’t worry, TestFreaks.com can help you!

They have a bunch of reviews available so you can find out what’s hot and what’s not. They even display the best price for the product. The amazing thing is that you’ll get a first glance of what others have thought about the product because they have user reviews for everything on the website. I always say that’s the best factor for letting you know if a product is not worth your money.

Just by glancing over the mp3 players currently displayed on TestFreaks.com by freak score, you can see that Apple iPod touch is on the top of the list. I guess many people are impressed with the product and have left reviews and rating.

Check it TestFreaks.com if you are looking to purchase certain electronic products. You’ll most likely find it there with reviews and ratings that were user submitted.

Then the first and probably the most important thing to do is find the proper hosting you require.

Some questions you need to ask yourself are:

  • How much space to I need?
  • How much bandwidth do I need?
  • How much am I willing to spend?
  • What kind of extra features are included?

You can easily find an adequate hosting company by doing a quick search on web hosting choice. They have a wonderful search option where you input criteria such as monthly cost, setup fee, disk space, and bandwidth.

After you input that information, you just simply click the search for hosts button. Then they give you a list of web hosting companies that have what you require. You can easily view them all and all their information because the search results are in a table form. That is wonderful in my opinion. It makes things so much easier.

So check out WebHostingChoice.com and find the hosting you need today!

I was browsing and shopping on the web and I came to realize something. There is so many things that are wireless nowadays. It’s crazy. Just five years ago you would have the same product with cables attached. Now you don’t need that.

Can you imagine living in an entire wireless house? I wonder what it would look like. Heck, I wonder if one even exists with no wires whatsoever! That would actually be pretty cool.

November 26, 2007 Do You Use Firefox??

I found this awesome addon for Firefox that is a POP3/SMTP mail notifier & client for Firefox. It’s called Simple Mail and can be downloaded here. Here’s a preview below.

Tray Icon:

Message Preview:

Plus, you can even add a wav file to make a sound when you have new mail. It’s pretty amazing I think. It beats having to sign in too many times into my web mail from my server. I don’t use Outlook nor so I like it. That’s why this addon is sooooo perfect because it’s right in your browser too!! Cool!!!

The wav file I am currently using to notify me when I get a new message can be found here. It’s called mail 3 and should be the first one on that page.

Many people don’t realize that backing up your important files on a regular basis is important. They don’t realize this until it’s too late and their computer crashes. Why take the chance of losing everything you have stored on your hard drive when you can have a free online backup?

You can find a company like IDrive-E which allows you to backup your files easily online. You can get up to 2GB of space for FREE!! If you need more than that, you can get unlimited storage for a low price of $4.95/month. That is wonderful is you have a lot of things you need to backup.

Using an online backup website is better than burning everything to cds. Just think of the amount of cds you’ll waste backing up every week, month, and year. That’s quite a large number!
