I’m currently looking for employment. I’m in no rush but I’m keeping my options open. I was reading this one job description, and this is honestly what it said.

Needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, read a map. Riding shot gun with driver to deliver products to the customers. You need a car because it is not bus accessible. Pay rate is $10/hour.

Ya…that part freaked me out a bit until I found out that it means sitting next to the driver. But geeze…my initial thought was that this was some sort of mob job or something and there was a shotgun present in the car. LOL!

Anyways…I pass…I’ll keep looking…

It’s Thursday already and Christmas is only a few days away. I have still two more gifts that have to be delivered!! The problem is that the postal service in my area doesn’t work on the weekends and I’m sure they aren’t going to work on Monday which is Christmas Eve!!

So that leaves only tomorrow for me to receive these two packages so I can wrap them up and place them under the tree. I’m really upset because I NEED THEM ASAP!!! One was a Rocawear Handbag for my sister which she is looking forward to that because she’s been telling me how she wants one so bad. The other gift is coming just from a neighbouring city and it’s two Portuguese cds for my father that I had to order right from the Portuguese television station that promoted this singer.

Ahhhhh….I think I’m going insane. Seriously…what are the odds that I’ll get both of these gifts tomorrow?? *sigh* ….*crosses fingers*

Well…this video is not a complete day in my life because I forgot *smacks head*. It is however a short video of something I did yesterday. Watch and enjoy!! LOL! … and yes…my sisters weren’t happy that I was filming at the end. Haha!

Anyone who wants to start their own website or blog but make decisions, decisions, decisions. The first is to come up with a domain name that you like and is still available. The second decision and probably one of the most important ones, is to figure out which web hosting company you want to go with.

This decision doesn’t have to be a hard one at all!! All you have to do is head on over to http://www.webhostingchoice.com. You’ll find information on packages from different web hosting companies all in one place.

All you do is use their search option and fill in the information you want (ie: how much are you willing to spend, how much space do you need, and can’t forget about how much bandwidth too!!) Once you do all that, you’ll get the results right on your screen. It’s that simple!!

I finally got my hands on one of those super cool flip ultra cameras. I had to buy it on Ebay because you can’t get it anywhere in Canada. It arrived this afternoon. I was looking at the brown packing that it came in and was thinking, “What the heck is this?” Yes…it was a very blonde moment because there was a label right there. Then I saw the word “camera” and screamed for joy. I wanted this really bad and I finally got it!!!

I started recording videos right away since I obviously have to test it out. It works fabulous and it’s sooooo easy to use. I can’t believe how simple this camera is. It’s just a click of a button and your recording and making your own videos. It’s amazing!!

I have a few more videos but I’ll put them up sometime later because I don’t have the time to do it now. But man…this camera is really so much fun!!! I think I might do a day in the life tomorrow if some plans follow through. We’ll see what happens but I’d love to do a day in the life with short clips and post it on here. It would be interesting. LOL!!

Remembering memories from such a long time ago bring a smile to my face. One especially. I’ll tell you what happened.

I was in grade eight and had to go to a nun’s retreat. Why? Because it was part of the process for us to get confirmed (ie: sacrament of confirmation). Anyways, back then I was one not to give a crap about anything and always wore funny t-shirts or ones with messages that weren’t always nice.

Well, I wore this Homer Simpson shirt because you know, that was the cool thing to wear. On the shirt it read, “I tried my best and failed miserably. The lesson is never try.” That’s a direct quote from an episode of The Simpsons.

One of the nun’s ended up seeing it when we were walking around outside and she wasn’t too happy. She started lecturing me about how the shirt was inappropriate to wear to a place like this, blah blah blah. I was in my own little world and didn’t really pay attention to her. She ended up seeing that and left abruptly.

To me, I will always remember that memory. Why? I’m not even sure but I guess it’s just the fact that I ended up pissing off a nun. LOL!

I’m not a big golf fan. Heck, all I know about it is that you have to swing and hit the ball to get it in a hole. In regards to things like rules, I have absolutely no clue.

Some of my friends really enjoy playing this sport and even have some Mizuno golf items. I don’t know how they enjoy golf because I can’t really stand it. Whenever I see it on tv, I end up switching the channel. And don’t get me started on the whole “Tiger Woods” thing. Geeze…enough media coverage on that guy.

The only sport I love watching on tv is soccer. Now that is entertaining!! Then again I’m Portuguese and soccer is our world. LOL!
