Whenever I am in my basement alone at night, I always feel as if I’m being watched. It’s really freaky because I constantly turn around and there’s no one here. Maybe it’s just me since my dog just lays here quietly sleeping, but it’s a weird feeling.
It might also be that I believe in the paranormal, spirits, etc. So I just “think” I’m being watched. I don’t know. There are too many stories related to paranormal things that have been in my family for so long. One day, I’ll write all I know about my family and different connections. It spooked the crap outta be when I heard them.

Well if you believe in the paranormal then why “Think” that you are being watched? Not that you are necessarily being haunted, what other experiences are you having other than that. You may want to have your electrical boxes in your basement check for high emf readings, this causes paranoid feelings in alot of people and may explain these feelings. Any electrician can come in and do a scan of the area. Some piping will cause this to, especially in older homes that still have the original pipes or pipes made from brass.
