Well, ever since I started my diet on June 8th, I have lost a total of 10lbs!! That is just music to my ears because some people say that you should only aim for a pound a week. Sorry not me!! Just dedication and trying to get out of the binge eating state of mine. woot!!

I definitely prefer to relax on the beach and go swimming. Some people say that I love the water so much that I must be a mermaid in another life. LOL!

Three things I would want to accomplish this summer are:
1. Lose weight
2. Read 5 books
3. Go on vacation to another country and a roadtrip
