Have I told you how much I hate my internet service provider? Arghh…I was calling to cancel today, but their stupid customer service is only opened Monday-Friday. How inconvenient… I’m not sure how many of you are Canadian, but please stay away from Bell Sympatico!!! I have had nothing but trouble this entire year with their stupid connection.

I currently have high speed which is $49/month (that’s with tax include). It’s really not worth it at all. This is the thing that frustrates me. I connect to the web but it goes soooo slow. It’s sometimes even slower than dial-up!! (I had dial-up long time ago). What’s the weird part is that when I take my phone off the hook, the connection speed picks up and I can actually visit websites. What?? The whole point I got high speed was so my phone would not be occupied. When I try to explain it to the support tech, they don’t get it and are no help at all.

I’m definitely switching to Cogeco. My sister had them previous when she owned an apartment while she was attending university and she said they were awesome. So that’s my plan because I can’t take no more of this crap from Bell Sympatico. I can’t wait until Monday roles around so I can cancel my stupid ass service with them. $49/month with lousy service is disgusting beyond words. Plus, they keep raising the price all the time. Thanks but no thanks. I’m through with this company and their lousy service, support, and price.
