February 27th, 2007The Law of Attraction

So, as most of you know, I’ve been reading the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. I’m finding it really interesting so far. The “secret” that they are revealing is the law of attraction. What does that mean? As the book puts it:

Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted to you by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. It’s what you’re thinking. Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you.

In plain english — your thoughts become a reality.

I know it sounds kind of weird, and you’re probably thinking “So if I think that I’m going to win the lotto, I will?” I find it a little hard to believe, but I can see it working if you wanted a job promotion for example. Then you have the power to make that happen by giving it your all and making a good impression with the boss. Or even for establishing your own business. If you want something really, really bad, then you make it happen. You start going out looking for space to rent, promoting, and what not. You put it into action and that’s what makes it become a reality.

What has this book taught me thus far?

Personally, the only thing I believe it has taught me is to be and think more positively because if you’re so negative and think “I’m going to get into a car crash, I’m going to get into a car crash, I’m going to get into a car crash,” …. it’s obviously going to happen. DUH!!

Have you ever thought about getting a degree in the law field? Getting a degree from a school of law isn’t as difficult as you’d imagine, especially with all of the great online degree programs that you can complete in your free time.

February 27th, 2007Making Money With PPP

Making money with PayPerPost.com has never been so easy!

I have already made an estimated $270.00 in 2 weeks just for blogging posts and accepting opportunities.

Once most, if not all my posts that I made get reviewed and accepted, I will be getting that $270.00 via PayPal next month. Woot!!

What am I going to do with the money I earned from PayPerPost.com??

Seriously, I’m not quite sure as of yet. What I do know, is that I’ll be paying for my hosting for another year or two so I don’t have to worry about that! I’ll also be transferring some of it to my bank account and use that to pay personal bills and such.

After that, maybe I’ll shop for some things online. I could use some more memory on my computer since I only have 512MB right now. I play alot of games and the memory is always a problem with lagging and computer performance.

Oh ya…I’ll also go on Ebay and check out some cell phone faceplates for my Motorola V300. I need a new faceplate cause I just have a plain blue one right now. I want a pink one. LOL! So I’ll check that out.

I think that’s all the ideas I have right now as to what I’ll be spending my money earned on.

That’s way I love using PayPerPost.com. They are really smart with blog marketing as it’s always a pleasant experience with both bloggers and advertisers alike. Check out PayPerPost.com. I know your experience will be as pleasant as mine has been.

I was reading an article on CNN.com, when I came across one entitled “Mother coached children to fake retardation“. After I read it, I thought, what kind of sick mother would ever do that to her children? She started coaching her son and daughter when they were 4 and 8 years old. Who does that?

For real…I feel so sorry for those kids because I’m thinking about what their social life must of been like. Being pick on, having to go to special education classes, and just overall knowing that everyone around you thinks you suffer from retardation.

Seriously, just for fucken money she coached her kids into being retarded so she could receive Social Security benefits. She was actually paid $333,000!!!!!!

The things some people do for money…they would actually drag there children into it. What a sick, sick, cruel world it is out there now. I’m at a loss for words!

February 27th, 2007Top 10 Signs of Blog Addiction

10. You check your blog stats a LOT. You occasionally get up in the middle of the night and sneak a peak.

9. Your significant other suspects you are having an affair with your blog. Even when you’re alone with your special person, you do find yourself thinking what your blog might be doing right then…

8. You “mental blog” while driving or on the train, and sometimes even when you are alone in the shower.

7. You filter everything through your post-writing. You can’t watch a movie, see a play, read an article, or share a sweet moment with your child without thinking of whether it’s blog-worthy.

6. You suffer from “blog envy” when another blogger posts something juicy before you do. You suffer “comment envy” when said post gets 40-something comments – the jerk!

5. You “binge blog” 3 or 4 posts at once—only to feel guilty and empty afterward.

4. You ditched all your real friends for blog friends, because, well, “they understand.” You bypass Bowling Alone at the bookstore (who really cares?) while you reach for Naked Conversations.

3. You think, “I can stop at any time.”

2. Your lunch hour has become your “blog hour.” You keep a few posts tucked in your desk in case you need them during the day.

1. After 5 minutes of meeting someone really interesting you ask, “So - do you blog?”

Of all the things you can be addicted to, being addicted to blogs isn’t that bad. There are many different methods of treatment of addiction, one of the most popular and effective being a rehab clinic. Undergoing recovery from an addiction can be a long and difficult process but once you recover you’ll feel great and can begin restoring your life.
