To change permissions for a file is easily done through the use of a ftp program. Just right click on the file you want to change permissions for, and click on Chmod from the list. Then set the settings to whichever permissions you want. Here’s the permissions:

Chmod 666:

Chmod 755:

Chmod 777:

Do you want to make a line stretch as shown in the image below? Then follow the steps below.

Use this image as an example.

Right click the image below and copy it.

In Photoshop, go to File>>New and make the image width= 440 px and the height= 400 px.

Click OK and now hit CTRL V to paste the image. Position the image to the top so there’s space below it.

Now, on the toolbar, right click on Rectangular Marquee Tool and select the Single Row Marquee Tool.

Now click on the image on the part you want to be stretched. See the image below for an example.

Now press CTRL T and it should now look like the example below.

Now click the center of that (the little square) and drag it down your image and you should get the line stretch!

When you have it how you like, press Enter on your keyboard and you’re done!
